I appreciate JHKM, because of the love that is shown to everyone. Pastor Carter reaches out to the community; they opened a food pantry and have had many community breakfasts.
Pastor Carter looks like a tough guy, but he is not arrogant at all and has a humble spirit. I am a newer member and on the Mother Board. Pastor Carter and the church family looks out for the Seniors. When I was sick, Pastor called to check on me. He called me when my son passed and they raised funds to help me. He has calls with the Mother’s and the church sends the mother’s food every week, especially during the Coronavirus crisis.
Most importantly, our Pastor preaches and teaches God's word. Pastor Carter always expresses his love for his congregation. The church has helped me be more conscious of my relationship with God.
Happy 11th Anniversary JHKM. We are blessed to have a shepherd like Pastor Darryl Carter and his Precious and sweet wife Pastor Viatta. Many blessings to you, your family and our Joint Heirs Family!
